What is mental performance consulting?

Mental performance consulting helps performers develop the mental skills needed to reach their full potential in sport, performance, and daily life. As a Mental Performance Consultant, I work with individuals and teams to strengthen focus, confidence, motivation, resilience, flexibility, and other key psychological skills that enhance performance and well-being.

 

Whether you’re an athlete, coach, performing artist, or high-stakes professional, mental training can help you manage pressure, overcome setbacks, and perform at your best when it matters most. These 1-on-1 sessions are designed to help you strengthen your mindset, develop mental skills, and navigate the ups and downs of your performance domain. Whether you’re looking to reduce performance anxiety, build confidence, or hone in on your attentional focus, we’ll tailor each session to your needs, goals, and experiences.

Extended Mental Performance Session

- 75 minutes

Deep dive into your mental game.
Ideal for athletes preparing for major events, working through setbacks, or needing extra space to process and plan. These extended sessions allow more time to explore your challenges, clarify goals, and practice strategies that help you show up at your best, both on and off the field.

- 30 minutes

Let’s get to know each other.
This no-pressure call is your chance to ask questions, learn about mental performance consulting, and see if we’re a good fit. Whether you’re facing a mental block, preparing for a big event, or just curious, this is the first step toward unlocking your potential.
